Terms & Conditions Last updated: June 20, 2025 By registering for classes at https://55462240-9bac-42bc-956f-e8cf69591477.rain-pods.com/ (“Site”), you agree to the following: Scope of Service – The Site offers registrations for in‑store classes only for the time being. – No physical products (fabrics, notions, kits) are sold through this Site—only class seats. Registration & Payment – All class seats must be reserved and prepaid at the time of registration. – Accepted payment methods on the Site for the time being: PayPal Cancellations & Refunds – Cancellations within 7 days of class start: no refund, but you will be given store credit or a transfer to another class. – Substitutions on the day of class are not permitted. Class Materials & Intellectual Property – Any digital patterns or handouts provided in class are for your personal use only and may not be redistributed. – Photographs or videos taken by Box Car Quilts instructors during class remain our property; we may use them for marketing. Liability Waiver – You participate at your own risk. Box Car Quilts and its affiliates are not liable for injuries, lost or damaged personal items, or other incidents during class. Changes to Classes – We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or change instructors due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. You’ll receive notice at least 48 hours in advance whenever possible. Governing Law – These Terms are governed by Texas law. Any dispute will be heard in Denton County, Texas courts. Domain Transfer Notice – We plan to move our custom domain back to the Rain/Like Sew platform soon. These Terms will continue to apply at the new URL once the transfer is complete.
